About the event
We will practice cultivating compassion for self and each other, taking cues from the plants and trees around us. Expect a 30-minute guided group meditation practice followed by a Q + A.
- No prior meditation experience is necessary – all levels of experience welcome.
- We'll be sitting outside, so please dress comfortably and consider bringing a blanket or something to practice on.
